You'll both get to enjoy the Infrared Sauna and Ice Bath experience for 45 minutes. A great opportunity to reconnect with a friend or a partner.

We recommend 35 minutes in the sauna and 6 minutes in the cold plunge

Swimwear is needed, towels are provided!
