I have to admit I have become addicted to this company. To start with, the way the rooms are laid out gives an immediate sense of professionalism. It’s modern, welcoming and super clean. And the owners Richard and Rachael explained the process and benefits of the sauna and ice baths in a concise and friendly manner.

Being a diebetic I was surprised find much better sugar control after two week. And a reduction in various muscle aches and pains.

I thoroughly recommend you to try it at least once.

Seriously impressed with the set up, and the Bluetooth speakers in each room is a great touch!! Friendly staff who talk you through everything. Great price point as well!

Here to write a review on Rise & Plunge's home installation service. Bit the bullet and bought both the infrared sauna and the cold plunge together (I live in the city centre and Mont Kiara is a bit far for me to go for daily sessions). Richard and team were amazing! Super responsive leading up to delivery/installation time. Both devices installed with no mess left behind and Richard gave clear explanations on how to use them. As for the cold plunge installation, Richard went out of his way to get an electrician in to make sure the power supply was properly done. One of the most stress free deliveries.As for the sauna and cold plunge themselves? Awesome - using them daily and feeling much better for it!
